How to request account deletion

1. Open your email app or click the account deletion request button on this page.
2. Send an email to [email protected].
3. Use this email subject: Neuro Notes account deletion.
4. In the email body, include the email or account ID used in the Neuro Notes app.
5. State that you want to delete the account and related data.
6. After receiving the request, we may ask you to confirm account ownership.
7. After confirmation, the account and related data will be deleted within 30 calendar days.

What data will be deleted

After the request is confirmed, data related to the Neuro Notes account will be deleted, including:

• the user account;
• email, account ID, and other profile data if stored in the app;
• user notes and other user content related to the account;
• app settings related to the account;
• authorization tokens and session data related to the account.

What data may be retained and for how long

• Backups may be retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or overwritten as part of the standard backup cycle.
• Technical security logs may be retained for up to 90 days to protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.
• Correspondence about an account deletion request may be retained for up to 12 months to confirm request processing.
• Data that must be retained by law may be stored for the period required by applicable legislation.
